Guarantee Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. Visa, Master Card and China Union cards are accepted.
Cards:
If the booker does not bring his or her card used for the booking at check-in for verification, then guest on the booking will not be allowed to check in and will be asked to purchase a new reservation using a new credit/debit card. However, the room price will remain the same. A refund will then be manually processed for the earlier purchased reservation.
Photo Identity:
All guests are requested to produce the government approved photo identity card or valid passport upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy (Pay later):
All cancellations should be done 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to the price of the first day stay. All no shows will also attract 1 (first day of the stay) day's retention charges.
Cancellations and changes must be done in writing (email only) TIFLIS OPERA does not accept cancellations by telephone.
Cancellation Policy (Pay now):
This rate is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Total stay will be charged on the booker’s card at time of booking.
Arrival & Departure Policy:
Check- in: 14:00 Local Time
Check- out: 12:00 Local Time
Early check-in is a subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, an apartment to be reserved from the previous night. Rooms are held until 12: 00 pm on the next day of arrival.
If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to let us know (timely/promptly) so we know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your Reservation, or charge of the no show fee.
Third Party bookings
Due to increased credit card fraud problems, TIFLIS OPERA does not accept third party payments (the credit card holder not being the guest or part of the group traveling together). Exception: We allow payments, if at the time of check- in [u1] the guest will provide a copy of the cardholder’s ID (Passport, driving license) and a document (In English or Russian languages) signed by Him/ Her (the cardholder) confirming that He/she made a reservation (indicating the reservation number) with the card (indicating the four last digits of the card number).
